Tristan Taormino Interviews Reality Star Coco

PHOENIX — Author and sex educator Tristan Taormino interviews reality TV star Coco on Sex Out Loud on Jan 31.

The show features Taormino’s interview with Coco at the recent 2014 Adult Novelty Manufacturers Expo (ANME) in Burbank, where Coco was promoting the Cocolicious Collection for California Exotic Novelties. Actress, model, and web personality, Coco stars with her husband, actor/rapper Ice-T on the hit reality TV show “Ice Loves Coco” on E! Entertainment Television.

Taromino chatted with Coco about her new sex toy line, building sexual self confidence, keeping long term relationships hot, and what she thinks about anal sex.

“I’m a big fan of 'Ice Loves Coco,' and Coco was as gorgeous and bubbly in person as I expected. But she was also incredibly down to earth and has some wise things to say about sexuality,” Taormino said.

In the same episode, Taormino talks to three pleasure products industry veterans — Shay Martin from Vibratex, Tantus CEO Metis Black, and Good Vibrations’ Coyote Days — about sex toy trends and what they see for the future of sex.

The Coco is episode is the second in a three-part series of interviews recorded at the PleasureWorks booth at ANME. The first part of the series aired on Jan. 24 and featured Lorraine Byerly from We-Vibe, Sliquid CEO Dean Elliot, Sportsheets President Julie Stewart, blogger and sex educator Elle Chase (Lady Cheeky), and Dee Dennis, founder of CatalystCon. That show is available streaming on demand and as a podcast on VoiceAmerica Talk Radio Network and iTunes.

Next week, the ANME series concludes with Taormino talking to Emily Morse, host of Sex with Emily and star of Bravo’s “Miss Advised,” about monogamy, Dr. Drew, and making your sex life public. Tristan also hears from CalExotics CEO Susan Colvin, Emilie Rosen from Fun Factory, Cheri Poe-Curry from Sportsheets, and blogger JoEllen of The Redhead Bedhead, as they reflect on changing sexual attitudes, sex toy innovation, and toy company-consumer synergy.

Sex Out Loud airs live on Fridays at 5 p.m. PST, 7 p.m. CT, and 8 p.m. EST on The VoiceAmerica Variety Channel. To access the show click here.

Taormino’s show is sponsored by Good Vibrations, Astroglide, We-Vibe, and Sportsheets.
